Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026 · Last updated October 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rapville USA Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information when you visit https://go.rapville.uk (the “Site”), send us an application, inquiry, or message through our “Start conversation” form (on our homepage or in the chat window on any other page), or choose to receive text messages from us. RAPVILLE is a brand of Rapville USA Inc. We are a media-production agency for music artists with a mailing address in St. Petersburg, FL. The Site and our text-message program are intended for people in the United States.

The short version: we collect only what you give us on our form plus basic technical data, we use it to respond to you and, if you choose, to text you, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we never share your mobile number for marketing.

1. Notice regarding text-messaging data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain terms: your mobile number and your text-message consent records are used only to send the messages you asked for and to show that you asked for them. They are not used or shared for anyone else’s marketing. The only companies that handle them are the service providers that help us deliver our messages (see Section 5).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information. We do not run accounts, logins, or payments on the Site, so we do not collect passwords or payment details here.

InformationDetails and when we collect it
Contact detailsYour full name and email address, when you submit the “Start conversation” form. Both are required to send a message or application.
Optional detailsYour artist name or social handle and a message about your music and goals, only if you choose to enter them.
Mobile phone numberYour U.S. mobile number, only if you choose to enter it. We keep it and use it only if you also check at least one of the text-message boxes. If you enter a number but check neither box, we do not keep the number.
Consent recordsEach time you submit the form we record the date and time, the page you used, your IP address, your browser and device type, and whether you checked the marketing box, the non-marketing box, both, or neither. If you check a box, we also record the exact consent wording and the version of that wording shown to you. This lets us honor your choices and show when and how you gave consent.
Messages and repliesThe emails and texts you send us and our replies, including any STOP or HELP request and your opt-out status.
Technical dataYour IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the date and time, and the page that referred you. This is recorded automatically in standard server logs kept by our hosting provider when you visit the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your application or inquiry and decide whether and how we can work together;
  • send you the text messages you chose to receive, as described in Section 4, and nothing else by text;
  • keep records of your consent choices and opt-outs so we honor them and can show we followed the law, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act;
  • operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and protect the form from spam, abuse, and automated submissions;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not use your information to show you third-party advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles about you. We send marketing text messages only to people who choose to receive them (see Section 4).

4. Text message (SMS) program and consent

We send text messages only to people who choose to receive them. This section summarizes how the program works; the full rules are in our SMS Terms.

  • How you opt in. The only way to opt in is to check one or both of the unchecked boxes under “Text message updates” in our “Start conversation” form and submit the form with your U.S. mobile number. The form is shown inline on our homepage (https://go.rapville.uk/#apply) and, on every other page, inside the chat window that opens when you select the “Chat with us” button; it is the same form with the same wording in both places. There are two separate boxes: one for marketing text messages (special offers, discounts, and service updates) and one for non-marketing text messages about your inquiry and projects. You can choose one, both, or neither.
  • Consent is optional. Texting is never required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting the form, of working with us, or of purchasing any goods or services. If you check neither box, we do not text you; we contact you by email only.
  • Age. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
  • Frequency and rates. You can expect up to 10 messages per month about your inquiry and projects and, if you opt in to marketing messages, up to 4 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out. We send one confirmation message and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email help@socialpro.io. After you opt out we keep your number and the opt-out on a do-not-text list so that we honor your choice, and we use that record for no other purpose.
  • Your mobile information stays with us. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 1 and Section 5.

5. How we share information

We do not give or make available your personal information to anyone so that they can market their own products to you, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money or other consideration. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and our communications: the provider that hosts the Site and processes form submissions, and the provider of the customer-communications and messaging platform where we store contact records and send our emails and text messages. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • SMS aggregators and carriers. The SMS aggregators, service providers, and wireless carriers that transmit text messages, solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
  • Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order or subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Rapville USA Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of its business or assets, information other than text-messaging data may pass to the successor as part of that transaction. We will post a notice on the Site before information becomes subject to a different privacy policy. A successor must continue to honor this policy and your choices, including opt-outs.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from the business-transfer category above. They are not shared with any third parties other than the aggregators, service providers, and carriers that deliver the messages you consented to receive, or where the law requires. Nothing in this section permits anyone to use your mobile number or text-message consent records for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. The Site is served over HTTPS, so information you send through the form is encrypted in transit; access to submissions is limited to people and providers who need it to respond to you or run the Site; and the form includes spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as the law requires.

7. Data retention

  • Inquiry details (name, email, optional handle and message): for as long as needed to respond to you and carry out any services you engage us for, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Consent records and opt-out status: for as long as you are subscribed and generally up to four years afterward, which is the period in which claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act can generally be brought, so that we can show when and how consent was given or withdrawn.
  • Records of submissions without text consent: kept with your inquiry details (the first item above).
  • Phone numbers entered without consent: not kept (see Section 2).
  • Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention schedule.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This Site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies, and it does not load third-party analytics, advertising, or chat scripts. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain. Because we do not track you, the Site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. The only technical data recorded is the standard server log information described in Section 2. If you follow a link to a social media platform, that platform may set its own cookies; see Section 11.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • delete your personal information, subject to the limited records we must or need to keep, such as your opt-out status;
  • withdraw your consent to text messages, by replying STOP to any text or by emailing us;
  • stop sending you emails: ask us, or use the unsubscribe link if an email we send includes one.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states) may give you additional rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, to receive a portable copy, to appeal a decision about your request, and to opt out of targeted advertising or of disclosures of personal information in exchange for money or other consideration. We do not engage in targeted advertising and do not make such disclosures, so there is nothing to opt out of on those points. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You can make these requests regardless of where you live.

How to make a request. Email help@socialpro.io from the email address you used with us, or write to us at the address in Section 13. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by confirming details from your inquiry. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days; if we need more time or cannot fully act on your request, we will tell you why. If you disagree with our decision, reply with the subject line “Privacy appeal” and we will respond to your appeal within the time the law requires. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Our text-message program is available only to people who are 18 or older.

The Site links to other websites, such as our social media pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. This policy applies only to information collected through this Site and our text-message program. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top. This version is effective October 30, 2026 and was last updated October 30, 2026. If we make a material change to how we use text-messaging data, we will tell you and ask for your consent again where the law requires.
